Texas First Bank seeks a Client Services Professional Floater (CSP) who supports teller operations and new accounts services. The role travels within an assigned region to support multiple banking centers while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments, open new accounts, and promote bank products through consultative conversations. A strong math mind, attention to detail, and bilingual Spanish are a plus; weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of teller experience.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; fast typing and ten-key calculator.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the teller line and new accounts desk.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile cash drawer per bank policy.
• Open new accounts and assist clients with product selections.
• Promote bank products through referrals and consultative conversations.
• Follow compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Support sales by developing prospect lists and cross-selling.

Job Summary

The Client Services Professional Floater CSP plays a dual role supporting both teller operations and new account services This position provides high quality customer service at the teller line and new accounts desk while traveling within an assigned region to support multiple banking centers as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to deepen client relationships and attract new businessAccurately process teller transactions including deposits withdrawals and paymentsMaintain and reconcile cash drawer in accordance with bank policiesOpen new accounts and assist clients in selecting appropriate financial productsPromote bank products and services through consultative conversations and referralsFollow all compliance security and confidentiality guidelinesSupport sales efforts by developing prospect lists soliciting new relationships and completing assigned sales activitiesCollaborate with other departments to cross sell and refer clients as appropriate

Job Skills and Qualifications
