We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) at our Stuebner Airline Banking Center in Spring, TX. This role involves delivering exceptional service and assisting customers with their banking needs.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions accurately and timely, maintaining proper balancing records.
  • Use knowledge of bank products to enhance client relationships.
  • Assist clients with various banking services, including account maintenance, money transfers, and loan payments.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and identify opportunities for product referrals.
  • Maximize cross-selling based on client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
  • Resolve client concerns either directly or through referrals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies.
  • Meet regularly with management to discuss progress towards goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, banking, cashiering, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of banking products is a plus.
  • Ability to meet sales and referral targets.
  • Reliable attendance and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10 AM to 3 PM
  • Saturday: 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM

This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling within the listed hours.
