Job summary

Lovet Pet Health Care in Arizona is seeking a Client Relations Specialist (receptionist) to be the friendly first and last face for clients. You will greet visitors, answer questions, update patient records, and help with payments and prescriptions.

You’ll also assist clients with pet supplies and grooming purchases, keep the lobby tidy, and uphold a calm, compassionate demeanor while coordinating with the veterinary team.

Qualifications

• Greeting patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Update patient records accurately.
• Collect and process payments.
• Retrieve prescriptions as needed.
• Assist clients with pet supplies and grooming purchases.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and clients warmly and convey a calm, compassionate demeanor.
• Answer questions or refer to another team member as needed.
• Update patient records and manage front-desk tasks.
• Process payments and handle basic billing.
• Retrieve prescriptions for clients.
• Assist clients with pet supply and grooming purchases.
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

As a Client Relations Specialist (receptionist), you are often the first and last face our clients see.

• Greeting patients and clients with a warm, friendly smile and convey a calm, compassionate, and reassuring demeanor
• Help answer any questions a client may have, including referring them to another team member if needed
• Update patient records
• Collect and process payments
• Retrieve prescriptions
• Assist clients with pet supply and grooming purchases
• Maintain the front lobby area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner

How You’ll Succeed:

• Comfortable interacting with furry, fuzzy, feathered, and scaly friends with calm and compassion
• Have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Have basic office skills such as typing, filing, and professional phone etiquette.
• Have your high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
