Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. You will engage with warm leads who have requested help with financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

The work involves taking requested conversations, explaining benefit options clearly, helping clients enroll when appropriate, and maintaining a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom, and this role offers remote work with coaching and a leadership

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable speaking with clients on camera.
• Able to manage remote conversations with warm leads.
• Self-motivated and coachable with a results focus.

Responsibilities

• Take conversations with warm leads who requested help.
• Explain available benefit options clearly and simply.
• Assist clients in enrolling when it’s a fit, and follow up consistently.
