The work involves handling warm conversations, explaining options clearly, and guiding enrollment when suitable. You will benefit from a written process to follow, ongoing coaching from experienced teammates, and a path into leadership if you perform well.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills suitable for phone/video conversations.
• Competitive and coachable with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking on camera in a remote setting.
• Ability to follow a written process and persist with follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations with interested clients.
• Explain financial-protection benefit options in simple terms.
• Help clients enroll when it is a fit.
• Maintain a clean follow-up rhythm with prospects.
