Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and comply with bank policies.
• Educate clients on using Chase mobile/app and ATMs for banking needs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
