Responsibilities

• Open and service accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with teammates.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, per bank policies.
