Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients (volunteering/education/military experience OK).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client‑facing bank preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must complete required job-related training on hire.
• Strong organization skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication: concise, clear, consistent.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Able to schedule and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrates the client experience as first point of contact in‑person/phone and refers to specialists as needed.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador, guiding clients and delivering high‑touch service.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital tools to support financial wellbeing.
• Schedules appointments and expands opportunities through proactive outreach and referrals.

Formação académica

High school diploma or GED

1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients. Experience can include volunteering, education, military experience

Teller or cash‑handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred

Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled

Ability to complete required job‑related training upon hire

Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Demonstrated effective problem‑solving skills

Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
