Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance, and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge—partner with team to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies and procedures.
