Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team at the Greystone Site, Antrim. This role focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, laboratories, and amenity areas.

You will follow health and safety standards, replenish stocks, maintain equipment, and support customers with a courteous approach. Hours are part-time, up to 4 hours per week, with parking available.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients' specifications.
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide.
• Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment/machines used.
• During hours of work and all the equipment is left clean and in good working order at the end of your shift, reporting any defects to your Line Manager.
• Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations.
• Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Line Manager.
• All offices, toilets, etc and amenity areas to be presented in a clean and tidy
• Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
• Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
