Job summary

The City of Germantown is seeking a Cleaning Service Worker. This is a physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment.Weekends are required and multiple shifts are available.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, flooring, fixtures, windows, and trash, and operating cleaning equipment such as buffers and vacuums. Previous custodial experience is preferred and applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Some previous building custodial experience.
• Should be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing for long periods, stooping, bending and working from a ladder.
