Elite Building Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe corporate facility in Wilmington, DE. This part-time role covers evenings (4:30 pm–9:00 pm), about 4.5 hours daily, Monday–Friday, at site 7955 Greenville Crossing.

You will perform daily cleaning, sanitization, floor care, and upkeep of restrooms and common areas. Responsibilities include dusting, glass cleaning, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and operating cleaning equipment following safety procedures.

About the Role:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor, where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Location(s) & Compensation:

• 7955 - Greenville Crossing, Wilmington, DE: Pay rate of $18.00 per hour. The site is cleaned 4.5 hours a day, Monday-Friday, between 4:30 pm and 9:00 pm. (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
• Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus
• Window cleaning experience a plus

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
