Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.

• Models excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately processes customer purchases/returns and provides correct change
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Follows merchandising philosophy and procedures
• Prepares merchandise for sale following company standards
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness standards
• Provides and receives feedback constructively
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports store shrink reduction initiatives
• Participates in safety programs to maintain a safe environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Starting Pay Range: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
