Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring a General Cleaner: Janitorial Services- Part Time.

The role is on-site with a starting pay of $16 per hour, and includes benefits such as daily pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with employer match for eligible team members. As a frontline team member you will be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning practices, maintain safety guidelines, and report the condition of facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required or willingness to learn.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided PPE and OSHA-compliant apparel when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Train in 4M's cleaning and disinfection practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M; reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips as you notice them.
