Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, replenishing supplies, and reporting repairs or safety concerns. This full-time role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and a positive team attitude, with pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience is required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Compliance with safety guidelines (OSHA) and wearing provided PPE.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfection practices.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper; restock supplies.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum to keep areas clean.
• Identify and report needed repairs, leaks, or safety issues.
