Location: 2124 W. Cheryl Drive Phoenix AZ

Shift: Monday - Friday 6pm-10pm. Must be a US Citizen for client badging.

Payrate: $16.50 Hourly. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a US Citizen for client badging
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify Manager concerning repairs or additions to building systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move cabinets, furniture, and equipment as needed
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Gather and empty trash
• Perform seasonal tasks like sweeping, raking, snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms
