Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a dependable maintenance associate to perform daily cleaning and basic building maintenance across client sites in the area. The role focuses on safe, efficient cleaning and facilities support to ensure a clean and healthy environment for occupants.

Responsibilities include restroom service, trash removal, floor and window cleaning, dusting, and adherence to chemical safety procedures. Prior experience in custodial tasks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors with cleaners and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Responsibilities
