Job summary

Marsden Holding Company is seeking a part-time janitor for evening shifts (Monday/Wednesday and Friday). The role pays an hourly rate and requires English fluency, being 18+, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. A background check is required. Previous janitorial experience is preferred.

You will perform cleaning duties across facilities, stock supplies, and follow safety procedures. This position is essential to maintain clean and safe environments for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facilities daily.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposal area.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; scrub, wax or polish where needed.
• Stock and replenish janitorial supplies.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report incidents.
• Clean restrooms and take out the trash.

Job Duties:

• As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail.

You will be:

• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners. Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies

Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).

• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
