Job summary

National Maintenance Contractors L.L.C. is seeking a conscientious cleaner for a part-time role in Spokane Valley, WA, working 2:00 pm–4:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

This permanent position pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour and requires reliability and attention to safety. You will mop, stock supplies, clean restrooms and take out trash across multiple locations, with duties including driving between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak or understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• Wear non-slip shoes during working hours.
