Cub Lakeville West, located off Kenwood Trail, is seeking a dedicated individual for a Part-Time Clean Team role. You will help maintain a safe, clean store and provide prompt, courteous service with customers.

The position involves varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will interact with customers, support store operations, and help keep aisles and floors in top condition.

Job Overview

Cub Lakeville West off Kenwood Trail is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a Part‑Time Clean Team position. Clean Team members at Cub ensure safe and clean store conditions. This position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
• Ensure that carts are available for customers.
• Maintain proper floor conditions.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Follow all store and department policies and procedures.
• Assist with customer questions or requests.

Requirements

• Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.).
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Memorization, reading, writing and math skills.
• Ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.
• Good judgment; may need to act without direct supervision.
• Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age and older.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground.
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions.
