Penn State University is seeking tutors for the Clark Scholars Program. This position is open to current students with at least a 3.0 GPA and proficiency in subjects such as Chemistry, Biology, Math, and Physics.
Tutors will be responsible for conducting individual and small group sessions, completing reports, and attending training. Applicants must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be prepared for flexible hours.
The Clark Scholars Program (CSP) is accepting applications for tutor positions. Current Penn State sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students who have earned at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and a B+ or higher in requested subjects (including but not limited to Chemistry 110, Biology 110, Math 140, Physics 211 and other STEM classes) are welcomed to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Applicants should be prepared to work approximately 5‑10 hours per week; hours may vary and include evenings and/or weekends.
