Job summary

The Cigna Group’s Evernorth Health Services is seeking a part-time, entry-level Claims Processing Assistant to support the Accounting team in Franklin, TN. This position involves processing and mailing printed claims checks, clerical duties, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

On-site hours are 8:30am to 12:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for remote accommodation as specified.

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily processing of printed claims checks and related materials.
Sort claims checks and supporting documentation accurately.
Fold and prepare printed claims materials for mailing.
Stuff envelopes and prepare completed mailings for distribution.
Help ensure claims materials are processed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organized work area and handle documents with care.
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Accounting team as needed.
Assist with filing, document organization, copying, scanning, and other routine office tasks as assigned.
