Advantage Investigations in Orlando, FL is seeking a Part-Time Claims Investigator to conduct auto, property, liability and workers' compensation claim investigations. The role includes door-to-door pay, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 3 years insurance claims investigative experience required.
• Investigation experience or relatable experience preferred.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Full comprehension of case management systems.
• Able to proactively conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer technology and producing quality reports.
• Self-starter with disciplined work ethic and independence.
• Daily access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Pass drug screen

Responsabilités

• Conduct investigations of auto, property, liability, and worker's compensation claims.
• Independently review assignment, documentation and case information before on-site work.
• Consult with Manager on strategies for cases throughout investigation.
• Locate subjects and conduct applicable investigations including statements and scene checks.
• Create and maintain written updates, photos, recordings, diagrams, and final reports promptly.
