Qualifications

• Experience teaching Dance, Circus or Gymnastics.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills; able to engage children and parents.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and teach basic skills to a small group of children (ages 3-10).
• Report to scheduled shifts 15-20 minutes early to prepare.
• Notify supervisor in writing of substitutions when needed.
• Promote a safe, professional atmosphere for members and staff.
• Wear the required uniform when teaching classes.
• Inform participants about upcoming events and next session details.
• Provide a safe and friendly environment and foster member engagement.
