Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs (painting, carpentry, drywall, fixtures).
• Assist with HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing basic troubleshooting and upkeep.
• Complete assigned work timely and safely; respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Prepare rooms/spaces for services and events (setups/teardowns when schedule allows).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and inventory.
