You will partner with lead teachers to implement developmentally appropriate activities and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Reading, reviewing curriculum, and engaging in age-appropriate play that supports child development
• Following and recording daily routines, including diaper changes and feedings
• Communicating regularly with parents through our app to provide updates and build strong, trusting relationships
