Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a Part-Time Chiropractor to join our supportive team. You will deliver high-quality chiropractic care with focus on patient outcomes while enjoying our marketing and administrative support to let you do what you do best: care for patients.

We offer competitive pay ($40-$60/hour plus bonus), company-paid malpractice insurance, and a flexible schedule with open availability Monday to Saturday to fit your life and career goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college required.
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NBCE required.
• NBCE SPEC exam acceptable alternative for Part IV.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays as indicated.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations as needed.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide a treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate patient case histories and medical histories as indicated.
• Arrange and interpret diagnostic x-rays when necessary.
• Analyze x-rays to locate problem sources and rule out other conditions.
• Build doctor-patient relationships and maintain records.
• Sales of membership packages.

The Opportunity:

• Part time: Open availability Monday to Saturday.
• Competitive Salary $40 - $60 per hour+ Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
• Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.
• Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
• Patient chiropractic care and education

Qualifications needed:

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE
• A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV
• Valid DC license in the applicable state
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state
