In short, your day‑to‑day leadership is what turns a good program into a great one, for your team and every child you serve.

Program Manager Pay Range: $23.00-$24.50 per hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday Split Shift - must be available all 5 days for both shifts each day.

  • Address and resolve day‑to‑day issues or conflicts among staff, students, or families
  • Monitor the program environment for safety, addressing hazards and ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns promptly and maintain accurate documentation
What You'll Gain

  • Experienced managers from other fields: Bring your management background into a high‑impact role in your community.
  • Retired teachers or administrators: Stay connected to your passion for education, at a leadership level.
  • Parents: Lead a program at your own kid's school, with free RAS tuition for staff.
