Job summary

Club4 Fitness in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a part-time childcare attendant to supervise and care for children in a small, gym-based childcare setting.

You will greet families, assist with jackets, snacks, and play, monitor behavior, and keep play area, toys and equipment cleaned and sanitized according to safety standards. Current certification in infant/child CPR, First Aid and AED is required to support a safe, welcoming environment for all ages.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and caring for young children.
• Excellent communication with parents and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple children and maintain safety.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children/babies in a small setting.
• Greet children and members, assist with daily tasks.
• Organize playtime activities and monitor behavior.
• Sanitize equipment and clean toys and areas daily.
• Maintain hygiene in bathrooms and common areas.
• Follow schedule and be punctual for shifts.
