Responsibilities
Perform all tasks as required in the written plan.

Provide client monitoring and linkage to appropriate services.
Skills
Basic knowledge of child development and parenting or equivalent life experience
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear manner
Valid driver's license in good standing
Access to reliable transportation
