Job summary

KidzStuff Child Care in Baltimore, MD is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Driver to transport students between schools and KidzStuff locations. This part-time role offers a 1:30 PM–5:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, totaling about 20 hours per week.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid Maryland driver’s license with a clean record, strong communication skills, and be prepared to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger van or similar vehicle.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and meet state/local licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children between schools, KidzStuff locations, and approved destinations.
• Follow assigned routes and maintain timely pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Ensure children are properly secured and follow all transportation safety procedures.
• Conduct required vehicle safety checks before and after routes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with children, families, school staff, and KidzStuff team members.
• Follow all KidzStuff, MSDE/OCC, and applicable transportation requirements.
• Assist with other transportation-related duties as needed.
