Bronson Healthcare is seeking a part-time Child Care staff member to oversee day-to-day operations at the Wellness Center's childcare area, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children and parents.

You will collaborate with the Services Supervisor to develop programming, maintain documentation, and manage sign-out procedures, using the POS/Check-In system. CPR certification is required, and the role includes lifting children up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required before orientation.
• Experience working with children in monitored settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and observation skills.
• Ability to lift and move children up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the childcare area.
• Collaborate with Services Supervisor to develop programming.
• Ensure a quality experience for children and parents during visits.
• Manage delivery, care, and pickup of children to ensure safety.
• Maintain documentation for risk management and safety.
• Keep playrooms clean, neat, and safe for children.
• Disinfect toys and follow daily checklist.
• Maintain and monitor the sign-out procedure; use POS/Check-In system.
