Job summary

Respite Care of San Antonio is seeking a Part-Time Site Supervisor to oversee weekend and after-hours programs at Baptist Temple Church in San Antonio, TX.

You will supervise Direct Care Staff, implement curriculum for weekend PNO, plan daily activities, maintain files and compliance, and communicate with the Family Support Services Manager.

This role emphasizes effective supervision, safety, and program quality with opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff for day/night services (Parents Night Out) and weekend collaborations.
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Direct Care Staff for the above programs.
• Communicate with Family Support Services Manager to ensure adequate child-to-staff ratios for weekend services and assign children to classrooms.
• Ensure implementation of curriculum for weekend services PNO.
• Plan and organize daily activities in accordance with curriculum for weekend services (PNO), summer and holiday camps and collaborations.
• Maintain site cleanliness and respect for property.
• Complete Developmental Checklists for weekend programs and summer camps.
• Submit purchase orders with approval from Family Support Services Manager and obtain items as approved.
• Weekly communication with Family Support Services Manager to ensure smooth operation of weekend services, camps, and external programs.

Ensure implementation of curriculum for weekend services PNO),

Plan and organize Daily Activities in accordance with curriculum for weekend services (PNO), summer and holiday camps, and other collaborations

Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, respect for property and items at Location.

Completion of Developmental Checklists for weekend programs and summer camps

Submit purchase orders with approval of Family Support Services Manager. Obtain items as approved.

Communicate effectively and efficiently weekly to Family Support Services Manager to ensure smooth operation of weekend services, summer and holidays camps and external programs

Maintain and decorate Camp rooms, PNO rooms and other external collaborations

Maintain all student files, documentation, site protocols, and Procare attendance

Ensuring proper and timely completion of paperwork such as time sheets, schedule, behavior logs, incident reports, work orders and supply requests

Report all incidences and emergencies to Family Support Services Manager.

Serve as a model and mentor for others, with specific emphasis on conduct, attitude, and attendance

Attend trainings as required to maintain status as Site Supervisor

Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Part-Time – 4 hrs/week

Friday 6pm - 10pm
