Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an Associate Teacher for part-time roles in Exton, PA, caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Afternoon shifts include 12:00–18:00 and 15:00–18:00, with opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

You will assist with activities, maintain open parent communication, and ensure a safe classroom under Bright Horizons’ policies, with background checks and state education requirements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following guidelines and procedures.
