Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center‑based approach.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans unique to each child.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play‑based and naturalistic therapy setting.
• Help children progress in educational and social settings and prepare them for transition to a more traditional school setting.
• Track and document progress for each child while implementing custom therapy programs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs.; ability to sustain impact to body, run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, move quickly, communicate expressively, and write.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Work hours: Monday – Thursday 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM.
• Safety priority: background check and drug test at time of hire.

Salary

$19 – $20 per hour.
