Job summary

nt4kids.org is seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists (licensed or associate) to join our outpatient team serving children, adolescents, and families across Clackamas, Wilsonville, Oregon City, Hillsboro, and McMinnville. This part-time, pay-per-client role offers flexibility, with potential for increased hours and transition to full-time salaried positions with benefits as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon licensure (LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) for licensed therapists.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field for associate level therapists.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams.
• Participate in case consultation and team communication.
• Support continuity of care across settings.
