Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED equivalency is preferred.
• 1 year home care experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Carry out health care tasks as an extension of a registered nurse.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living as per the Client's Plan of Care.
• Participate in the implementation of the Client plan of care according to OSH policies.
