Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or closely related field with 18 graduate semester hours in Chemistry.
• Excellent human-relations, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preference for teaching experience at an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans for classroom instruction.
• Evaluate students’ progress toward goals and objectives.
• Assess learning objectives for Chemistry students.
• Maintain program certification requirements where applicable.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and administrative reports.
• Attend staff development trainings and stay current with field trends.
• Ensure classroom safety and security standards.
• Collaborate with students, staff, and educators on instructional programs.
