Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advocates for the department.
• Communicates with staff, community, parents, and players.
• Enforces AIA regulations and Board policies.
• Evaluates support staff as appropriate.
• Oversees maintenance of equipment and buildings used by the athletic department.
• Acts as mentor and coach for students.
• Manages daily operations of the sport.
