Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking cheerleading coaches to support or lead teams nationwide for the coming season. Candidates should be team players, willing to coach all levels, and have a passion for youth development.

Experience in Cheer, Dance or Gymnastics is a plus, with the ability to commit 1–2 weeknights for practices and some weekends for travel to events. Pass a background check and bring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Prior cheer knowledge preferred but not required.
• Experience in Cheerleading, Dance or Gymnastics is beneficial.
• Teaching children aged 4-15 is a plus.
• Must be able to dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices.
• Some weekends required for travel to competitions.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach and lead cheer/dance/gymnastics classes for youth.
• Prepare lesson plans and oversee class check-ins.
• Maintain basic attendance and records for sessions.
• Attend occasional meetings, clinics and competitions.
