Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking cheerleading coaches to lead or assist teams across the country this season. Candidates should be team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes.

Previous cheer knowledge is preferred but not required, gymnastics background a plus. The ideal candidate will dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to competitions, with a background check required. Excellent communication and strong organizational skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience preferred.
• Willing to coach ages 4–15 and travel on weekends.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and prepare lesson plans.
• Oversee class check-ins and basic record-keeping.
• Attend occasional meetings, clinics, and competitions.
