Job summary

Schnucks Gravois is seeking a part-time checker for our Gravois location at 7450 Hampton Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109. You will greet customers, ring up purchases accurately, and maintain a friendly, efficient checkout experience for shoppers.

Applicants must be available 6am–10pm and on weekends. The role involves about 20–25 hours per week, with training provided at store level and opportunities for advancement within Schnucks.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Greet customers prior to checking their order.
• Check out customer's purchases accurately.

Responsibilities

• Identify and know produce items and be able to properly use produce and product codes.
• Distinguish between manufacturer coupons and Schnucks coupons.
• Process manufacturer coupons
• Collect correct amount due from customer and accept various payment methods (cash, checks, debit, credit, EBT, WIC).
