Job summary

MCHAP seeks a part-time chaplain in Garland, TX to support company employees and their families as part of our mission-driven care program. The chaplain will visit worksites, provide confidential spiritual support, and coordinate resources as needed.

Regular weekly interactions will help foster trust and community within the workplace. Applicants must be bilingual in Spanish and able to navigate an interfaith, interdisciplinary environment while maintaining professional boundaries and providing

Qualifications

• Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with clients, employees, and families.
• Ability to provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues.
• Spiritual maturity and a Christian lifestyle aligned with ministry values.

Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to engage with employees.
• Provide pastoral support for employees and immediate family members.
• Offer literature and resources to assist with life issues as requested.
• Represent chaplain services to clients and participate in new employee orientation.
• Respond to executive leadership requests within approved scope.
