Job summary

Orange County Rescue Mission seeks a Part-time Audio Visual Support to run chapel audio and video for Saturday night services and on-site events.

You will set up gear, manage volunteers, operate Yamaha M7CL and ION light board, and use ProPresenter. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and strong communication. Travel to events may be required.

This is a part-time position with 10 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during special events and other organizational needs.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of chapel and concert style AV setup.
• Extensive knowledge of M7CL Yamaha sound board.
• Extensive knowledge of ION light board.
• Working knowledge of ProPresenter software.

Responsibilities

• Fully run audio and visual needs for Saturday night chapel service.
• Prepare stage for guest bands and speakers with gear setups.
• Run sound, lighting and slides; manage volunteers setting up and breaking down.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and volunteers.
• Troubleshoot AV issues and report incidents to Digital Media Producer.
