Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Proven hands-on accounting experience with strong financial controls.
• Payroll experience and reporting.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
• Proficient with general ledger systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee accounting functions including payables, receivables, payroll and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for the Board.
• Lead internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate annual financial and regulatory audits.
• Support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing and payroll matters.

Education
