CoxHealth Surgery Center in Springfield, MO is seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist the perioperative team. You will work under RN supervision to prepare and pass instruments, maintain sterile technique, and support patient care during the operative phase.

Required: graduation from a Surgical Technology program or 5 years’ experience; preferred hospital experience. Day shift, 18 hours per week; on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of Surgical Technology or 5 years’ experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Preferred: prior hospital and/or work experience as a Surgical Technologist.

Responsabilités

• Assist with care of the patient throughout perioperative phase under RN supervision.
• Perform technical and supportive functions to aid with sterile technique and instrument handling.
• Follow hospital policies, standards, and procedures during operative care.
