Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or associate degree in a related field.
• Must be a certified real estate appraiser in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience completing residential appraisal assignments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with appraisal software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to different locations for property inspections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and gather data from property stakeholders.
