Job summary
Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Certified Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations in Arizona. Under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, the technician will assist with medication preparation, inventory management, and billing processes.
Key responsibilities include maintaining pharmacy stock and supporting nursing departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and holds relevant certifications. Scheduled work is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician training program required.
- Must hold a current Arizona Pharmacy Technician License.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain pharmacy stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Complete billing procedures for accurate patient documentation.
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
- Record medication dispensing and label barcodes accurately.
- Monitor medication administration records for errors.
- Maintain pharmacy records and documentation.
- Support nursing departments with pharmacy needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
- Assist with quality data collection and performance tracking.
