Qualifications

Responsibilities

Maintain understanding of Amazon Pharmacy policies, procedures, products and services
Interface with providers to obtain new prescriptions or refills and verify accuracy
Learn and follow nationwide pharmacy laws and compliance guidance
Maintain customer information confidentiality while working autonomously
Assist customers via phone and/or chat and meet performance metrics
Support Customer Care agents and escalate calls when needed
Explain prescription status and upcoming shipments to customers
Coordinate with billing for insurance claim issues when necessary
