Job summary

Marquis Place Assisted Living & Memory Care in Concordia, KS seeks a Part-Time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer medications and provide daily nursing care per care plans. The role supports residents with warmth, dignity, and privacy, under supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a Kansas CMA/CNA certification, can manage time well, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Previous experience is preferred but not required. This on-site position offers PTO and meals for staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Kansas CMA/CNA certification.
• Prior nursing assistant experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Able to stand, bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs during shift.
• Maintain a courteous, friendly attitude with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and provides routine nursing care per care plan.
• Performs other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management including CMA duties.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis.
• Always exercises courtesy with residents, family members, and visitors.
• Demonstrates pride in Marquis Place by keeping areas clean and safe.
• Respects the privacy and dignity of residents.
